A Flavor Journey with Empirical Spirits

Start the session with an introduction and exclusive tasting of the blends by Empirical Spirits - Helena, Fallen Pony and Charlene McGee. Try your hand at crafting 2 cocktails with these fascinating spirits.

Led by Sim Sze Wei, the bar manager – partner at Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall. More affectionately known as Sim, he has represented Singapore and achieved outstanding results on the world stage across various competitions such as the Barcadi Legacy 2018 and Stoli Elit - Art of Martini Global Finals 2017.

Cocktail Making with a Local Twist - Compendium Spirits


A hands on cocktail workshop that begins with an introduction and tasting of Compendium Spirits (yes, the full range!), including their latest Rum collection and fan favorites - Chendol gin and the Kopi-O liqueur. Try your hand at crafting 2 unique cocktails with a local twist.

Led by Compendium brand ambassador, Vegnesawaran Ram (Vic for short), who is no stranger to the local bar scene. With experience spanning across The Library, Long Chim, Fat Prince and Fullerton Hotel Post Bar, Vic is well recognised in the industry as one of Singapore’s pioneering bartenders.
